LOS GALLOS Los Gallos play a danceable blend of Norteno/Tex–Mex, Cumbia and Roots Rock with nods to Los Lobos, Texas Tornados, The Blazers and The Iguanas. From diverse musical backgrounds and influences, Los Gallos came together over their shared love of Mexican music and American roots music. TIERRA ROJA Tierra Roja is led by Jesús and Emiliano Rojas who raise their voices and guitars to illuminate a diverse range of Latin American music. The group’s repertoire, sung in Spanish, features vibrant songs that focus on making a bridge between traditional and modern music while also offering a wide view of the spirit and the creative possibilities of this vast region – with particular emphasis on the Son, Salsa, and Trova music of Mexico and Cuba.
