Nationally, Petra sings at jazz festivals and clubs around the country and tours Europe regularly with her husband, guitarist Andy Brown. Four of Petra's CDs have been re-released in Japan and are used as in-flight music on All Nippon Airways (Japan's largest airline).

At The Outta Space, Petra will be joined by Oak Park favorite, pianist Jeremy Kahn and Berwyn favorite, trombonist Russ Phillips. Mainly a jazz pianist, Jeremy Kahn also plays in pit orchestras for some of your favorite theatrical extravaganzas. Jeremy has worked with legendary performers Dizzy Gillespie, Max Roach, Joni Mitchell, Phil Woods, Aretha Franklin, Barbara Cook, Alvin and the Chipmunks, and everyone in between. Trombonist Russ Phillips began his jazz education at the tender age four listening in the wings while his father, Russ Phillips Sr. played trombone in Louis Armstrong's All Stars band. Russ is well-loved on the traditional jazz circuit and has played festivals with Doc Cheatham, Kenny Davern, the Four Freshman, Lionel Hampton, Doc Severinsen, and more!

Enjoy and evening of swing with these fine jazz musicians!
